What it is
A Small valuable worth $3,500 to $4,500 with a mass of 0.5. Tilting causes the liquid to spill, costing roughly $500 in value each time. Once the glass is empty, further tilting does nothing.
Handling it
The Indestructible Drone explicitly does not prevent the spill — the Cocktail and the Tray are the only two items in the game that ignore it. That makes this a manual-care item: keep it level, carry it low, and set it into the cart flat rather than dropping it. Losing all of it costs about $1,500, so the discipline is worth roughly a Small item's full price.
