What it is
A Small valuable worth $3,500 to $4,500 with a mass of 1. It is a trap valuable that fires on grab rather than on a timer: opening reveals a spinning couple, the man missing his head — which the wiki plausibly reads as the Headman himself. While held it forces the player to rotate and creates noise across 17.5 units.
Handling it
The forced spin is what actually costs you: placing it in a C.A.R.T. while rotating is genuinely difficult, and most of its value is lost to clipping the cart rim on the way in. Approach the cart from directly above, let the spin carry you around once, and release at the top of the arc. It is worth $3,500 for a Small item, which is well above its size class, so the effort pays.
REPODLE hints
Small at $3,500 gives you only the Music Box and the Cocktail. Mass separates them at 1 against 0.5, and location does too — Headman Manor against the Museum of Human Art. Either column solves it in one guess.
