R.E.P.O. Loot Item
Pacifier
The Pacifier is an oversized dummy with a tongue emerging from a lipsticked human mouth. The wiki's own caption wonders whether it belongs to the Rugrat.

What it is
A Medium valuable worth $3,500 to $4,500 with a mass of 3 and standard durability. Impact damage 0/15/30/45, which stuns large monsters. No trap, no effect.
Handling it
Good value for a Medium slot and nothing to manage — no spill, no noise, no timer. At mass 3 it is one of the heavier Medium items, so it competes for cart weight rather than cart footprint. Its 45 maximum impact makes it a viable emergency stun against a Level 3 monster.
REPODLE hints
It is one of the Museum's three $3,500 items with the Cocktail and the Egg, and size separates all three at Medium, Small and Big. Across the game, Medium at $3,500 with mass 3 is unique to the Pacifier.
