R.E.P.O. Loot Item
Pills
The Pills are a small orange prescription bottle that still rattles when you shake it. Someone at McJannek Station did not finish their course.

What it is
Tiny, mass 0.5, worth $500 to $650, standard durability. No trap, no effect, impact damage 0/2/5/8.
Handling it
Grab-and-go. Its impact damage is the lowest tier, so it is one of the small items you can throw at a Spewer or an Upscream without much thought — though after the Crescent Moon phase at level 5, small objects stop stunning enemies at all, which retires that trick for the rest of the run.
REPODLE hints
McJannek Station has three items at $500 with a mass of 0.5: the Pills, the Stapler and the USB Stick. Durability separates the Pills, which are the only one of the three with standard durability listed. The other two are genuinely indistinguishable on the stat table.
