Scream Doll
The Scream Doll screams and swings its arms at you the entire time you are carrying it, and it slowly works its way closer to your face while doing so.

What it is
A Big valuable worth $5,500 to $7,500 with a mass of 2. Held, it flails continuously, dealing 2 damage to monsters and 1 to players per hit, and the flailing drags it steadily toward the holder unless you keep pushing it away.
Handling it
There is a clean counter that most players do not know: put a Duck Bucket over its head and it stops screaming and flailing entirely. If you do not have one, the answer is to keep the doll at arm's length with the scroll wheel and move deliberately — the damage is trivial but the constant motion makes precise cart placement hard. Its noise is what draws monsters, not the damage.
REPODLE hints
Big at $5,500 with mass 2 is unique to the Scream Doll. The other $5,500 Big items are the Museum Boombox at mass 1, the Gem Burger and Uranium Mug Deluxe at 3.5, and the Big Vase at 4. If you land in that bracket, mass finishes it in one column.
