What it is
A Small valuable whose real worth depends entirely on how far past the quota you finished. REPODLE lists it at a token $1 with a mass of 1, because the actual figure is a run-time calculation rather than a fixed price.
Handling it
Like Enemy Valuables, a Surplus bag is immune to damage for the first two or three seconds after it drops from the extraction point — just long enough for it to hit the floor and bounce without losing money. After that it takes damage like anything else, so get it into the cart before it settles somewhere awkward.
