What it is
A Medium valuable with a mass of 2. Grabbing it by the nose makes it honk, raise its arms and spin its head, emitting a noise audible to enemies within 7.5 units. The first honk gives you "Don't touch my nose!", the second "Don't do it again!", and the third loops "You shouldn't have done that!" at rising pitch while the doll becomes a timed explosive. Five seconds later it detonates in a 2-unit radius for 300 damage to monsters and 100 to a semibot.
Handling it
Three hundred damage kills every monster in the game except the four heavyweights — and against those, hit them with the doll as a blunt object first to shave off health, then let it explode. Elsa is the exception worth skipping, since at 600 health her orb is barely worth more than the doll you spent. The economics are usually favourable: a Level 3 monster's orb sells for $5,500 to $7,500, against the doll's $2,000. Grab it anywhere but the nose to carry it safely.

Mass 2 with Medium size at $2,000 gives you Clown Doll, Gramophone and Old Camera in Headman Manor, plus Monkey Box in the Museum. Durability splits the Monkey Box off, and the three Headman items are genuinely identical on every stat column — this is one of the tighter clusters in the loot dataset, so use location and durability early.
