Handling it
The community-standard use for Tiny items like this is monster control: the Goblet is explicitly named alongside the Fish and the Ocarina as a small valuable that will take out a Spewer or an Upscream, and reach a Peeper if you can hit its top side. Since a Peeper has only 30 health and cannot be stunned by anything, a thrown Goblet is often faster than drawing a weapon. Note that after the Crescent Moon phase at level 5, small objects stop stunning enemies entirely.
