Grab-and-go. Tiny items take almost no cart space and a level can spawn up to fifteen of them at low levels, so sweeping them all up is usually worth more than one Medium item. That changes past level 10, where the Tiny cap drops to five and the Big cap rises to fifteen — later floors are about the heavy items, not the trinkets.
