Danger Level 2The Heart Hugger is a Level 2 monster that makes itself look friendly, drags you toward it while you hallucinate, and then drops the disguise at the worst possible moment.

Behaviour
It teleports around the map by burrowing and resurfacing elsewhere. On spotting a semibot it sprays a pink mist; touch the mist and you are tranced — you sprout pink tumble wings and fly toward it, unable to move or look away without attacking it or being rescued. While you are under the effect it appears to you as a cheerful floating heart saying hello. Get close enough and it reveals its true Venus-flytrap form with a jump scare and chomps for 30 damage a bite, still dragging you, then releases you for another 10 if you hit a surface.
How to survive it
Any weapon hit interrupts it, which is what makes it survivable solo. Blocking line of sight with a large object such as the C.A.R.T. also works. The critical mistake is grabbing something loose while being pulled — the object simply comes along with you. Grabbing a door will either swing it or tear it off its hinges. If a teammate is caught, stunning the Heart Hugger frees them instantly.
REPODLE hints
Three hundred health is unique to the Heart Hugger, and 30 damage is shared only with Elsa, which is Level 1 and can never be grabbed. So either column alone effectively identifies it. Heavy weight with a Medium orb narrows it further, into a small group with Bowtie, Gambit, Mentalist and Oogly.
