Effect
Can deflect projectiles on precise timing
What it does
Ten swings, 18 damage each, and a stun plus knockback against monsters of Medium weight or lower. It will hit anything — monsters, valuables and your fellow semibots — and since v0.1.2.55 it no longer hurts the person holding it unless two or more players have hands on it.
How to use it
Treat the weight limit as the whole spec. Against Light and Medium monsters the pan stuns, which turns a fight into a controlled beatdown; against Heavy and Very Heavy ones it is 18 damage and nothing else, which against a 500-health Trudge is not a plan. Buy it on level one, retire it the moment a Sword or a Sledge Hammer is affordable.

Eighteen damage belongs only to the Frying Pan. If you arrive from the price side instead, $14,000 is the joint-largest tier with eight members — Boltzap, Feather Drone, Frying Pan, Pulse Pistol, Recharge Drone, Rubber Duck, Tranq and Zero Gravity Staff — and the Frying Pan is the only Melee weapon among them.
