Effect
Attach to a valuable to make it weightless
What it does
Attached to a valuable or a monster, it makes the target trivially easy to lift. Attached to a player it grants higher jumps and a slower fall. It also softens the landing of any valuable it is carrying, which prevents the drop damage that eats your payout.
How to use it
The important restriction is that it will not help you pick up a monster that is still awake — the target has to be stunned first, and then the drone makes it liftable. On valuables it is at its best on the heavy, fragile items that you would otherwise drag along the floor. On yourself it is a mobility tool: a Feather Drone turns an unreachable ledge into a routine jump.
REPODLE hints
Levitation is a four-item effect group — Feather Drone, Zero Gravity Drone, Zero Gravity Orb and Zero Gravity Staff — and the category column splits it fast, since only the two drones are Drones. Between those two, sub type decides it: the Feather Drone is Passive at $14,000, the Zero Gravity Drone is Active at $22,000. Drone + Passive contains only the Feather and Indestructible drones.
