R.E.P.O. Monster
Gnome
Danger Level 1Gnomes are Level 1 monsters that never appear alone and care more about your loot than about you. They are the cheapest enemy in the game to kill and among the most expensive to ignore.

Behaviour
They spawn in groups of four, stay loosely grouped while roaming, and alert each other the moment one of them finds something. They prioritise valuables over semibots, swinging a pickaxe at whatever they target for 10 damage. They jump into the C.A.R.T., where a single swing can damage several items at once, and they will hop onto tables or follow your jumps to land hits. Because monsters respawn a second after the final extraction completes, later floors can produce genuinely overwhelming numbers.
How to survive it
They can be picked up with no strength upgrades at all, which makes one Gnome a perfectly good weapon against another — smash them together and both die. If a swarm is on you, jump repeatedly to make their hits miss. The Pulse Pistol can clear an entire group in one well-aimed shot and is probably the best answer available. A neat trick: hold the valuable they are targeting in mid-air to pacify the group while a teammate throws them away one at a time.
REPODLE hints
Twenty health is the second-lowest in the game after the Tick's 10. Combine that with no orb, a strength breakpoint of 0 and Very Light weight and you are down to Gnome and Banger — separated by damage, 10 against 15, and by health, 20 against 50.
