What it does
On activation it detonates once, then splits into three separate Human Grenades that each explode in turn. Every blast deals 100 to monsters and 50 to a semibot, so a full sequence lands 400 monster damage and, if you are standing in it, 200 on yourself.
How to use it
Throw it and leave — this is not a weapon you use at close range, and the staggered detonations mean the danger zone stays live for several seconds after the first bang. It is worth saving for a cluster of monsters or for the Level 3 tanks, where 400 total damage genuinely matters. Like the Human Grenade it only spawns in the hidden area of the Service Station, so you cannot rely on finding one.

Four hundred damage is unique in the tool list. It also sits in the $2,000 price tier, the most crowded band in the shop: Duct Grenade, Explosive Mine, Grenade, Shockwave Grenade, Shockwave Mine, Stun Grenade and Trapzap Mine — seven items, six of them Explosives. Within that tier the damage column separates almost everything.
